Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead existing Agile Teams in Global Trade and Supply Chain Finance in Channels, Servicing and Onboarding Technology (CSOT) Organization to provide leadership and guidance to ongoing Scrum teams to deliver key application changes Facilitate scrum and Kanban team ceremonies and coach the delivery teams within Agile practice, including classic Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework Will include membership within multiple agile delivery teams and will be responsible for ensuring that teams are practicing the right level of rigor Drive continuous improvement activity by leading Team Retrospectives and capturing feedback and having teams act on them Represent their teams within the Agile Release Train, coordinating with the Release Train Engineer Work to remove impediments reported by the delivery team and help the teams ensure pace and on-time delivery of team commitments Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the overall program and to define resolution paths where required Collect and consolidate cross-team status for delivery to stakeholders and executive management Facilitate planning events with Product Owner/Development Team and ensuring that planning is a continuous and a visible activity; Influence optimal product backlog management Serve as a coach and mentor for teams to share knowledge of Agile and Lean values, principles, best practices and training Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to develop and enable meaningful metrics Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a SAFe Scrum Master 5+ years of experience in Agile techniques Experience in working with JIRA, including creation and managements of epics and releases including experience with PI planning and management Desired skills: SAFe Certification Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
