EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE Bachelor'sdegreeinhumanresources,BusinessAdministration,Finance,orarelatedfield.Two(2)tofour(4)yearsofexperienceincompensationanalysis,humanresources.Experiencewithcompensationmanagementsystemsanddataanalysistools.Familiaritywithsalarysurveysandmarketanalysis.PreferredqualificationsincludeaCertifiedCompensationProfessional(CCP)orSocietyforHumanResourceManagement(SHRM)certification.Additionally,experiencewithtoolssuchasPowerBI,PayFactors,Oracle,andSyntellisishighlydesirable. JOBSUMMARY TheCompensationAnalystIIisresponsibleforconductinganalysisandevaluationofcompensationprogramsandpolicieswithinanorganization.Theygatherandanalyzedataonjobroles,markettrends,andinternalequitytoensurefairandcompetitivecompensationpractices.Theanalystalsoassistsinthedesignandimplementationofnewcompensationprograms,conductssalarysurveys,andmakesrecommendationsforsalaryadjustmentsbasedonfindings.TheymaycollaboratewithHR,finance,andotherdepartmentstoensurealignmentwithorganizationalgoalsandcompliancewithlegalrequirements.Additionally,theCompensationAnalystIImayprovideguidanceandsupporttoHRteamsandmanagersoncompensation-relatedmatters.
