Description Mason Street Grill is searching for an Executive Sous Chef who thrives off of the fast-paced environment in the kitchen and prepare some of the best food in Milwaukee. In this role you will assist in training, supervising, and actively maintaining Mason Street Grill's high standards of quality.

Job Duties, included but not limited to:
* Visually inspects appearance of all food for proper taste, color combination, and overall presentation to maintain appeal.
* Supervises all assigned staff including training, counseling, and discipline.
* Schedules appropriate number of staff according to daily needs of restaurant functions and weekly forecasts.
Requirements:
* High school education preferred. Apprenticeship, post secondary school, or equivalent work experience beneficial.
* Thorough working knowledge of cold food preparation.
* Good working knowledge of accepted safety and sanitation standards.
* Extensive experience with slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
* Managerial and production experience required in similar hotel or resort. 3-5 years in management of high volume production of hot and cold food, associate dining, upscale restaurants, and multiple outlet operations.
* Knowledge of food and labor cost controls, and the calculation of these controls. Mason Street Grill is an equal opportunity employer.
