The Consumer Sales Performance Plan Manager is primarily responsible for designing and managing sales performance plans, delivering related reports to sales producing teams that enhance sales leadership's ability to drive stronger sales, and analyze. This role will produce payout reporting for all sales related incentives. This position requires an advanced level of problem solving, independent analysis and judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Technology/Science, or a related field and 8+ years' experience in managing sales, incentive and quality assurance processes; or minimum of 12+ years of work related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
