Position Title: Project Manager Openings: 1 Contract/Perm: 6-month contract (high likelihood of extension) Location: Chicago, IL, is ideal, but would also consider Houston, TX - will need to be in the office on Wednesdays + 1 other day per week. Start Date: 2/3/2025 Day to Day This role is integral to the client's mission to enhance its digital channels, ensuring seamless and efficient digital experiences for its customers. The SAFe Agile Project Manager will contribute significantly to the company's digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence. Must Have Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field 7+ years of Project Management experience Strong SAFe Agile knowledge and background Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and team members Strong analytical skills to identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and develop effective solutions. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others to achieve project objectives. Pluses SAFe Agilist and/or PMP certifications are highly valued
