A Project Manager job in Cincinnati, OH is available through Acara Solutions with one of our top Machinery clients to be the primary advocate and principal influence in the activities relating to the company product lines, including application, concept design, project / product management, and engineering. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The annual salary is between 85K and 95K.
Work Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a wide range of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service to provide product definition responsive to customer needs.
  • Will act as one of the technical leaders for a particular product line.
  • Assist the sales engineers and the representatives, when necessary, with product opportunities including joint sales calls and/or presentations.
  • Have responsibility and accountability for gross margin and "On Time" delivery of product line machinery.
  • Give support/guidance to Proposal Department where special features and specifications are required.
  • Provide technical assistance to personnel and customers relative to the product line.
  • Responsible to lead machine safety design initiatives.
  • Assist in forecasting/scheduling of projects and manpower.
  • Review JCR'S, pricing and prepare customer POC letters.
  • Will be required to lead project teams and R & D initiatives.
  • Will be required to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Will provide mentoring, employee development, coaching, and leadership of team members.
  • Responsible for project assignments.
  • Responsible for project budget
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years manufacturing industry related experience
  • Experience with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Must be able to periodically travel to customer's jobsite for project reviews, startups, machine commissioning and warranty work as dictated by project.
