*Description* * Answer calls from patients regarding their home medical equipment orders * Insurance verification * Data entry of call information * Review daily order logs * Verify patient information, prescription details, and shipping information for validity * Cross reference data between internal and external systems * Open reports in Excel, sort and filter data *Skills & Qualifications* 1+ year of experience providing customer service over the phone Healthcare experience preferred 2+ months of experience performing data entry *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
