A DAY IN THE LIFE Follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state and federal employment laws and utilizes sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure that the company can attract the best candidates and determine "cultural fit" for the position. Contacts and provides good faith recruitment with disabled, veterans, women and minority agencies, applicants, colleges, universities, etc. Obtains job descriptions, job type codes, and compensation from Total Rewards and then partners with Hiring Managers to develop recruiting and sourcing strategy. Partners with Sourcers to develop sourcing programs ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning. Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals, and sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and Internet research. Maintains and grows passive pipeline of candidates, ensures every candidate whether active or passive has a great candidate experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Four-year Human Resources or related degree; or equivalent years of experience. Previous Sourcing certification or formal training required. (i.e. AIRS). Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience. Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS), preferably Workday.
