The Engineer IV - HVACR is a senior role within the Facilities Engineering Department, specializing in heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning (HVACR) systems. This role requires technical expertise and experience in HVACR systems, including maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and project management. As an HVACR technician, the Engineer IV - HVACR ensures that our healthcare system's HVACR infrastructure is efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. This position places patient care and infection control standards as a top priority, following and aligning all activities with these standards. The role may require working outside of regularly scheduled shifts, in inclement weather, or in situations of emergency. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least four (4) years' experience in general maintenance or formal trade school equivalent if no education
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Journeyman HVAC License preferred
• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred
