1919 Market Apartments is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team!

Job responsibilities for the position include:



  • Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments
  • Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
  • Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports
  • Resolving resident issues or concerns
  • Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
  • Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.


Successful candidates should possess the following job requirements:



  • 1 to 3 years' experience in Community Management
  • Knowledge of Yardi Software
  • Working knowledge of LRO is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)
  • Working during inclement weather is also necessary.
