Program Manager As a Program Manager reporting to Service Delivery Leadership, you will lead and maintain assigned projects and deliverables across a variety of stakeholders, clients, and industries. You'll be supported by a talented team of professionals and the work you do will directly contribute to the success of Think and our partners. How You'll Contribute
- You will learn and institute the principles of Think's methodology in Bare Knuckled Project Management on all client engagements
- You'll manage various projects spanning a wide range of initiatives from inception to delivery, managing a team of project managers and internal and external stakeholders to execute projects in line with project deliverables
- Manage external and third-party vendor relationships
- Using existing quality assurance methods and developing new where needed, ensures that initiatives and projects are being well managed and adhere to Think's standards and best practices
- Take a macro view of assigned client initiatives to deliver impact for a wide range of customers
- You will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to client organizational objectives
- In collaboration with the client project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers, you'll plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- When needed, able to roll up your sleeves to contribute as a tactical project management resource
- Consistently exceed organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance with a key focus on developing, implementing, and continuous improvement of OKRs and KPIs
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached with deliverables accomplished on-time and on-budget
- Manage resource allocation budget against resource utilization for maximum productivity
- Identify, track, and lead project resources to overcome program risks
- Provide transparency on project metrics and performance through producing and maintaining program reports for management and stakeholders
- Assist in the development of project resources to maximize client coverage and resource career progression
- Function as a utility player - your role and responsibilities will evolve to support the needs and success of the Consulting group and you'll play an integral role in that evolution
- Other duties as needed in support of the management consulting group
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advanced leadership capacity managing a team with at least 3 direct reports
- Minimum of 3 years of program management in a consulting role
- Strong listening, analytical, and execution skills
- A propensity to build lasting relationships while focused on continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in business administration or related field
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train personnel
- Experience communicating with senior level executive stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with business tools such as Salesforce CRM, Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and project management tools strongly preferred
