Detailed Description: Position Summary: As a Production Supervisor/Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our production teams, guiding and coaching associates to meet safety, quality, and production goals. Using a process-based leadership model, you will collaborate closely with the Production Manager/Asset Lead to establish priorities and ensure that short-term and long-term objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills to drive success. Essential Accountabilities:

Qualification Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Education
High School (required)
Experience
2 years: Internal - High School or GED and 2 years of production operations experience with 1 year of demonstrated leadership
