Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for setting up and maintaining all set-ups on Escomatic CNC machines. A Sr. Machinist should be self-motivated and ensure the product is done on time and of the highest quality possible. Excellent trouble shooting ability on both the machine and tooling and can assist the supervisor and/or Lead person with the operations of the department.

1st Shift: Mon-Thur 5am--3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately complete all department paperwork which includes job travelers, inspection documentation, work packet information and applicable tooling request forms.
  • Regularly inspects parts according to according to process plan and frequencies using vison system inspection equipment .
  • Properly uses all equipment and maintain clean work area
  • Set-up and operate Escomatic Screw Machines
  • Make adjustments to machine and tooling
  • Maintenance of the machine when applicable



Must Have:



  • 5 + years of set-up and machining experience with Escomatic machines
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED. Tech School Desired but not required.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.



Competitive market salary from $27 to 41/hr depending on qualifications and experience.
