We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Student - Clerical (Summer Vacation Relief Employee) in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This is a full-time summer position beginning in May or June. This position is full-time Monday-Friday, 6 AM-2 PM during the summer months. Starting Pay: $19.84 Job Responsibilities Document management: Preparing and formatting documents, filing and retrieving information, maintaining electronic and physical filing systems. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining privacy. Project support: Assisting with project management tasks such as creating timelines, tracking progress, and gathering information. Record identification and classification: Determining which documents constitute official records and assigning appropriate categories or codes for efficient filing and retrieval. Retention schedule development and maintenance: Creating and updating a system that outlines the required retention period for different record types based on legal, regulatory, and business needs. File management and organization: Implementing a structured filing system to store records in a readily accessible manner, including physical and electronic storage methods. Data entry and indexing: Accurately inputting relevant information about records into spreadsheets and databases to facilitate search and retrieval. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma, GED, or HSED. Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a Technical, Associate, Bachelor, or Master's Degree. Valid Driver's License. End Date: 02/16/2025 Minimum Posting Range: $19.84 Maximum Posting Range: $20.84 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
