Overview General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking Production Operators for 2nd Shift (3:30PM- 2:00AM) to join our Springboro, OH Facility. This individual will be required to set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities and makes minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
4 day, 10 hour work schedules Monday-Thursday
