Are you passionate about technology? Do you enjoy helping people while working in a fast-paced and challenging environment? If so, then we have an exciting opportunity available for you to join our employee-owned team as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst!
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with a group of IT professionals to provide on-site and remote technical support to a diverse group of Architects, Engineers, Planners, and Scientists. You will provide Desktop support including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PC hardware, software, and computer system applications. You will also provide support by setting up and configuring equipment at workstations and in conference rooms, orientating others on proper use of equipment, and maintaining / prioritizing / resolving daily service requests. You will also conduct diagnostics and perform necessary application and system upgrades.
Work Arrangement: Flexible/hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office / 2 days remote per week) will be considered for self-starter and self-sufficient professionals who have demonstrated an ability to work and/or learn successfully in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and resolve service requests and incidents.
  • Configure and maintain workstations and conference room equipment.
  • Conduct diagnostics and perform system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study.
  • Two to five years of experience providing multi-faceted technical support (laptops, desktops, scanners, printers, etc.) in a business environment.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), a framework of best practices for managing IT services and assets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills demonstrated by a positive, helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or within the team setting.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport computer equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience providing IT support to CAD users.
  • Previous experience providing technical support to remote users.
  • Microsoft Operating System Certification(s).
  • Microsoft Office Suite Certification(s).
  • A+ Certification.
