Job Objective: Provide administrative support for the Divisional Director of Gift Planning and Gift Planning Advisor(s) through their contacts with donors and professional advisors and communications received through correspondence, e-mail, phone and reports. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred Experience: Minimum three years' administrative assistant experience; experience with SalesForce, Excel, Word, event coordination/planning at multiple sites, and database management Certifications/Licenses: None Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: None Physical Requirements: Include speaking, hearing and vision; manual dexterity; sitting up to 7 hours per day; standing up to 1 hour per day; walking, bending, squatting; lifting, pulling and pushing materials up to 25 pounds.
