Responsibilities
Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Project and Engineering Lead in support of the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) program located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This position will require a combination of strategic project management and technical acumen to oversee program initiatives and map critical applications and processes to ensure organization resilience. Candidate must reside within a 90-mile radius of Ft. Huachuca, AZ, with the ability to come on-site as required. Will follow the same telework arrangements as their NETCOM Government counterparts. In this role, you will: Be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and tracking all Project & Engineering tasks and deliverables to include:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risk management, and resource allocation
- Oversee end-to-end application testing and support disaster recovery exercises, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Ensure that all project activities align with the organizations business continuity and risk management strategies
- Develop, update, and maintain plans, policies, and procedures to support business continuity and organizational resilience
- Identify critical applications, map dependencies, and ensure they are included in the program plans
- Design and coordinate disaster recovery exercises and tests to validate the effectiveness of recovery strategies and plans
- Develop test scenarios, document results, and lead post-exercise debriefs to identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Partner with technical and business teams to implement recommended changes to
- Establish comprehensive documentation to track applications, recovery plans, and procedural updates
- Act as the primary point of contact for ADCNOMs program management, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, business units, and IT teams
- Prepare and present status reports, program updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop training material and conduct workshops to raise awareness and educate teams on best practices
Qualifications
Required:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience, in a supervisory or management position.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Project/Engineering Manager.
- Experience in project management in an IT related environment to include computer analysis, cloud analysis, integration, infrastructure, engineering or programming
- Experience in business continuity, crisis planning, emergency management, facilities/critical systems management, security planning, or related role.
- Planning experience including Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies and Crisis Management
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to travel as required (CONUS/OCONUS)
- DoD 8140 Cybersecurity Foundation Qualification certification(s) IT System Engineer: (Federal IT Security Professional-Designer-NG (FITSP-D),or GIAC Cloud Security Automation (GCSA), or GIAC Information Security Fundamentals (GISF), or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Project Manager:(CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, etc.)
- Operating Systems/Computing Environment (OS/CE) certificate
- Requires ITILv4 Foundation Certification
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active SECRET Security clearance
- Ability to obtain a higher security clearance if required (TOP Secret/SCI).
Desired:
- Master's degree in Business Management, Program Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- 8+ years of management experience
- CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting a DoD Army customer

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
