Start Date TBD Contract Fort Novosel AMS Salary Range DOE Posting Date January 13, 2025 Union No FLSA Status Exempt Shift Work Possible FT/PT Full-time Relocation No Travel Possible M1 is looking for a Logistics Program Manager with the following knowledge and experience: Position Description: * Manages/implements the logistics programs and procedures, movement and storage of materials across the FT Novosel Aviation Maintenance Services Program IAW the PWS, Army, USAF, FAA, and company guidance. * Lead and coordinate logistical team members, subcontractors, and maintenance departments to ensure efficient operations * Ensures proper inventory control planning and scheduling to meet contractual commitments. * Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems such as CAMMS and other logistics software to monitor production and delivery activities * Oversees the requisitioning effort, provides oversight for tracking materials and supplies, and periodically examines materials delivered to the different airfields and work centers to verify conformance to specifications. * Oversees the coordination of the clerical and manual tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage, turn-in and issuance of parts, materials, supplies and equipment. * Assist in the planning and projection of total material requirements program-wide. * Oversee and manage a large inventory of aviation spares, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting of parts requirement * Demonstrates continuous effort to improve logistics operations and protect resources. * Develops and sustains a culture of safety, quality compliance, and professionalism. * Ensures compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and company policies relating to logistics operations. * Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements IAW PWS and aviation logistics standards * Ensures sufficient material, labor, technical data, tools and equipment are available to meet PWS requirements. * Monitors attendance, approves timecards, assigns overtime. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving logistical issues promptly * Assist with customers on their forecast and demands, including closing on funding approval * Collaborate closely with final system integration partners both inside and outside of Intel * Communicate product availability with customers and helps manage allocation of materials as needed to meet Intel's needs * Ensure purchases and inventory management remain within budget constraints * Ensure products are compliant with Intel Legal and Product Regulatory policies * Execute world-wide deployments via SAP, include customer notifications as required * Assist with product returns and reclaim handling * Effectively manage Raw Goods and Finished Goods inventory * Manage and disposition of obsolete materials in accordance with Intel policy * Applies Company policy and procedures pertaining to the promotion, training, discipline, and termination of employees. * Ensures employees possess the training and equipment necessary to comply with regulatory requirements. In addition, the candidate should possess the following requirements: * Ten years of Army logistics, commercial aircraft and supply chain management experience. * Must have CAMMS (Consolidated Aviation Maintenance Management System) experience. * Bachelor Degree in related field required. Master's desired. * Must be highly knowledgeable in logistical systems/plans, regulatory standards, Army supply and delivery procedures. * Able to obtain/maintain security clearance as required by PWS. * Must have a comprehensive understanding of aircraft maintenance, safety, and quality control procedures in a military aviation environment. * Must have Project Management Certification and Certification or experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. * Collaborate with key stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to process, track, and requisitions of material requirements * Proven ability to manage and coordinate activities of staff engaged in planning and scheduling of logistics work * Developed supervisory skills with proven ability to direct customer-focused teams * Time management, organization, and program management skills as well as the willingness to prioritize work independently * Interpersonal skills and the proven willingness to work with high quality in a fast-paced team environment * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders. * Customer orientation and the willingness to interface directly and deeply with customers * Deep understanding of the aviation industry, including FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and maintenance best practices. * Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. * Forecasting, materials management, supply chain management, business/factory planning skills * Finance/product cost methodology * Order management * Supply chain or Logistics experience including proficiency in import and export practices * Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. * Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. * Must be able to moves about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within close proximity of running equipment and aircraft. * Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional and non-confrontational attitude.
