Position Summary

The CFL Accounts and Global Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting pre-departure operations related to billing, enrollment, and participant support. This role includes processing reimbursements, monitoring participant accounts, advising on financial aid, and assisting with program setup and client communication.



  • Full-time position: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid model, Stamford, CT).
  • Salary: $50,000 - $53,000
  • Travel: Domestic travel may be required.
  • Occasional: Nights and weekends based on seasonal needs.


Key Responsibilities

Billing and Accounting (50%)



  • Primary point of contact for payment, financial aid, and refund inquiries.
  • Generate invoices and special billing as needed.
  • Monitor and follow up on student and school receivables.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of payments, reimbursements, and refunds in Acumatica and SLX.
  • Process adjustments and create credit/debit memos for participant accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Program Administration and Enrollment (50%)



  • Set up customized programs in the database.
  • Assist with portal issues and student information collection.
  • Draft pre-departure materials (visa letters, marketing content).
  • Respond to client queries and liaise with campus advisors.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and 24/7 on-call emergency support.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Expectations for the Role



  • 30 Days: Familiarize with team and primary processes.
  • 60 Days: Complete internal training and understand program locations.
  • 90 Days: Act as primary contact for participants and institutions.
  • 6 Months: Master databases and establish workflow.
  • 1 Year: Fully integrated into the role with a solid understanding of responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years' experience in customer relations.
  • Experience in diverse, international environments and higher education.
  • Comfort with computers, web-based systems, and the Microsoft suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, especially with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ideal: Second language skills (Spanish) and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
