BC is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Water Resources Leader to play a crucial role in our Raleigh office's Water Resources business. This technical area includes stormwater, environmental planning and permitting, watersheds and ecosystems, integrated resource planning, as well as climate and resilience. This position entails market leadership within the Raleigh metropolitan area and potentially across North Carolina, depending on the candidate's experience. As a Water Resources Leader, you will collaborate with the Office Leader, Technical Service/Practice Leaders, Design Services, and the marketing team to cultivate and enhance client relationships. You will have the opportunity to align BC's innovative solutions with client needs, lead project teams to ensure quality project delivery, and guide procurement processes to secure new opportunities. Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
