Description
HOLT CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the U.S. The Vice President of Used Equipment Sales is responsible for achieving the machine sales department's long-term strategic plan in alignment with the Company's Vision, Values and Mission, to include overseeing of daily Used Equipment Sales operations in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and team development to ensure that HOLT's Used Equipment Sales organization delivers Legendary Service to our customers. This will be achieved through effective and ongoing implementation of HOLT CAT's Values-Based Leadership and effective personal use and modeling of HOLT's leadership and decision making tools and processes.
