The Marketing Manager role will lead and support the community-building efforts for our group of customers, specifically within the veterinary industry. This role will focus on driving engagement, awareness, and relationship-building through multichannel campaigns that promote the network and related solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs, ensuring strong, sustained connections within the community. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at building and nurturing customer communities. * Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage customers, increase product awareness, and drive adoption programs. * Analyze campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, lead generation, and adoption metrics. Provide regular reports on performance against goals and identify areas for improvement in community-building efforts. * Capture customer feedback and success stories to create compelling content, including case studies, testimonials, webinars, and events. * Lead the development of community-focused marketing assets, including newsletters, email templates, webinars, and other digital materials, ensuring they are aligned with campaign goals and customer interests. * Assist in planning and executing marketing messages for key trade shows and events. Attend and represent the company at regional and national events, as needed, to gain insights into customer needs and industry trends. * Partner with the events team to launch and manage exclusive events for community members, providing a valuable platform for customers to engage with Covetrus and network with peers. * Lead collaboration with agencies and internal teams to develop and manage a customer community portal, ensuring it offers easy access to resources, educational content, and engagement opportunities for members. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education * Bachelor's Degree (in marketing or related field preferred) * 4+ years of marketing experience at manager level or significant progressive level of responsibilities that demonstrate the readiness for a Manager role Work Experience * Relevant marketing experience, including marketing program planning, multichannel campaign management, messaging development, sales enablement, and product launches preferably in Veterinary or Human Healthcare Experience in a large, highly matrixed organization is a strong plus ____________________________________________________________________________ The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. However, the pay range for this position is as follows. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive $86,300.00 - $160,300.00
