Who We Are ... SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Programs Administrator to join its team. This position establishes, evaluates, and maximizes collaborations with agencies administering programs impacting the employment of people with disabilities. Such programs lead to an increased range of referral partners and sources for SourceAmerica stakeholders: the nationwide network of SourceAmerica Nonprofit Agencies (NPAs), people with disabilities, and the federal government through the AbilityOne Program. Programs may derive from the private sector, nonprofit and or the federal government. These may include new commercial or for-profit organizations, and/or our established partnerships, The Wounded Warrior Project, Security Administration Ticket to Work, the United States Department of Education Pre-Employment Transition Services, United States Department of Labor Veteran Employment and Training Services, and others.
