The Home Healthcare (HH) Continuous Care Nurse Assistant International (NAI) Float coordinates with the analysis of patient care needs in order to provide comprehensive home healthcare services. Working under limited supervision for routine situations, this role handles patient care responsibilities, monitors vital signs, administers medications, and assists with activities of daily living.

Coordinates with the analysis of patient care needs to ensure high-quality and personalized home healthcare services.
Documents processes and procedures related to home healthcare activities to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Processes recommendations for improvement or implementation to contribute to the enhancement of home healthcare services.
Assists with various tasks within the home healthcare setting to provide valuable support and assistance to healthcare professionals.
Maintains accurate documentation of patient care activities, keeping records and reports for reference and compliance purposes.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: High school graduate or equivalent and completion of a state approved Nurse Aide 1 training

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 1 year experience as a nursing assistant

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:
Successfully complete BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire date.

Current good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry verified through DFS - https://www.ncnar.org/verify_listings1.jsp

Must have reliable transportation with adequate insurance as determined by the organization.
