Senior Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator that will provide coordination of proposals and presentations while supporting all marketing and communications efforts for the operating group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare proposal and marketing materials
• Gather, verify, and format information
• Ensure accuracy of timely proposals and marketing materials
• Maintain marketing files and systems (SalesForce, proposal files, etc.)
• Collect and update project profiles for content
• Assemble, write, and edit marketing and communications collateral supporting sales, business development, and project pursuit, including presentations, brochures, articles, news releases, electronic and print mailings and social media posts, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of three years' experience in marketing
• Minimum of two years of experience in the construction, engineering, or architectural industry preferred
• Proficiency in layout programs (i.e., Adobe Creative suite or other desktop publishing programs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Good graphic sensitivity and judgment
• Outstanding writing and editing skills
• Strong understanding of social media
• Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

The base pay range for this role is hourly $32.79 to $44.28. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
