If this sounds like you, we're looking for a Service Estimator to support service operations at Pacific Power Group (PPG) and Motor Services Hugo Stamp (MSHS).

This isn't your typical estimator role - it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the marine engine and power generation industry. You'll enjoy autonomy, manage shifting priorities, and help develop tailored solutions that ensure operational stability for essential industries like military, defense, first responders, and global supply chains.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Deliver Service Repair Estimates: Leverage technical information, customer needs, and service team input to create accurate, high-quality quotes.
• Drive Process Efficiency: Continuously refine quoting processes, balancing speed and precision while maintaining compliance with essential procedures.
• Enhance Customer Experience: Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear, factual, and timely communication with customers to support their service needs.
• Manage Priorities with Focus: Stay laser-focused on project goals, maintaining control over estimates and following up on outstanding quotes.
• Thrive in a Dynamic Environment: Handle frequent interactions, shifting priorities, and unexpected challenges with resilience, attention to detail, and mental stamina.

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical Aptitude and Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with diesel engines, generators, and service industry standards is preferred.
• 2+ Years of Experience in a Service Department Environment: Experience in the engine or power generation service industry is ideal.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, administrative tools, and CRM or ERP systems.

This is an in-person role based at one of our PPG/MSHS locations:

• Ridgefield, WA
• Kent, WA
• Monday - Friday, traditional business hours.
