SLSCO, Ltd is seeking a Low Code Solutions Developer to join our team. Our team provides the full spectrum of general contracting, construction management, infrastructure, disaster response, health and humanitarian services throughout North America and beyond. We serve all levels and sectors of government and private industry in a wide range of markets.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing comprehensive reporting, data visualizations, dynamic dashboards, and tracking tools for the management of all projects, in alignment with CMiC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Developing company-wide and project dashboards to visualize data to assist project management/delivery teams in understanding their Project's health, enabling them to make informed decisions.
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets.
- Integrate data from multiple systems to provide holistic views on budget, cost planning, schedule, contract compliance, and other metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Using tools like Power BI, Quickbase, and CMIC to produce various reports.
- Prepare reports and regular updates for company executives and clients.
- Support data integrity investigations and provide feedback on appropriate fixes.
- Conduct QA on data fixes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously explore best practices and new innovative ways to support the advancement of reporting.
- Support leadership with various daily task execution, as required.
Qualifications:
- Four (4) years of data analysis experience.
- Experience with Power BI and the creation of interactive dashboards
- Excellent quantitative, analytic, problem solving and deductive reasoning capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical Demands:
- Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
- Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
- Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
