Distribution Cut Table Supervisor

Job Summary:

• The purpose of the Cut Table Supervisor is to be responsible for overseeing cut table operations during shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with Department Manager and other shift supervisors.
• Train and delegate work to cut table employees
• Schedule tables and employees weekly
• Maintain safe procedures for cut table employees
• Adhere to all company procedures and policies

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

• Lifting is required
• Standing and walking approximately half the shift.
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and squatting throughout shift
• Must be able to distinguish colors and shades.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must be able to do basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Computer or data entry skill preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Overtime is required
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• All accidents must be reported immediately.
