Responsibilities - Actively recruit, refer, and interview potential new hire candidates. - Lead new hire training classes. - Meet with homeowners to discuss home improvement needs and book appointments. - Work with the Director to create monthly and yearly goals for leads booked, leads issued, and other performance metrics. - Meet or exceed personal and team performance standards. Qualifications - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen. - Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment. - Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely. - Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management. - At least 2 years of sales or management related professional work experience, preferred. - Supervisory Experience, preferred.
