Job Details -
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Events and Retail Marketing leadership team. - Process various paperwork and communicate updates and details with the calendar of events. - Research, book, and maintain a database of events, festivals, and fairs. - Communicate with various event promoters. - Maintain a database of leads generated and ensure all leads are accurately entered into the system. - Create weekly newsletter highlights. - Pull reports and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. - Manage inventory of supplies. - Assist with team payroll and reimbursement processing. - Schedule and attend the monthly event team meeting. - Other job duties as assigned. Skills - 2 years of related professional work experience required. - Strong attention to detail and high level of organization. - Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel. - Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment. - Ability to work independently and in a group.
