The Sr. Staff Analyst will provide direct financial and decision support to Corporate and Operations functions that include areas as Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain, IT, Software Engineering, Legal, Finance, Human Resources. The successful candidate will influence business decisions and drive organizational priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The FP&A department is the analytical engine of the company, providing insights and key business decision analyses and recommendations. As a member of the FP&A team at a fast-growing public company, you will also be involved in a variety of finance department activities driven by strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Corporate and Operations leadership team and subject-matter-experts to become a trusted finance advisor, to drive accurate forecasting, strategic analysis and reporting
• Support financial month-end closing activities working closely with the Accounting team, including the review of expense accruals
• Work with budget owners to achieve accurate monthly expense and headcount forecasts and annual plans
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, summarizing the cause of changes versus budget, forecast and provide budget owners insights into risk & opportunities
• Manage purchase orders, contract financial approvals for Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain, IT, Software Engineering, Facilities, Human Resources teams
• Drive and cultivate financial discipline and accountability to ensure delivery against financial targets
• Constantly drive process improvements and efficiencies in areas of financial planning, financial analysis, and production of reporting packages
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Agility to work in a global, matrixed, and entrepreneurial environment
• 6+ years' experience working directly and closely with Senior Management
• 8+ years' experience with broad breadth of experience supporting multiple areas of finance, accounting, and business operations; exposure to corporate and operations FP&A functions is ideal
• 4+ years' experience supporting a global manufacturing organization, including involvement with monthly close, reporting and analysis
• 4+ years' experience working with large datasets and different methods for analysis of disparate data
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze information in multiple ways and levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and agility to pivot on activities as new requests and priorities arise
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience working with ERP Systems - NetSuite or Adaptive Planning preferred
• Experience working with Dashboards - Tablea
