At AMSOIL INC., we are committed to building a talented workforce that drives our success and innovation. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to meet the evolving needs of our business. This position has a hybrid work schedule, reporting onsite to the Corporate Headquarters in Superior, WI a minimum of three days a week.

Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruitment efforts by maintaining candidate data in the company's ATS, conducting phone interviews, coordinating, and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and assisting with new hire onboarding and orientation.

Core Responsibilities:



  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Partner with the TA Specialist and hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Conduct phone screens of qualified talent pools.
  • Organize candidate data (e.g., resumes, disposition status, offers, etc.) in the Dayforce ATS.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-employment drug screens.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
  • Complete all Affirmative Action recordkeeping and reporting as directed by the HR Director.
  • Manage year-one onboarding program by conducting stay interviews, distributing new employee gifts, and tracking timelines for all new employees.
  • Partner with the TA Specialist to conduct New Employee Orientation, both in-person and virtually.


Position Requirements:



  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Dayforce preferred.
  • Familiarity with Affirmative Action principles and compliance with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) guidelines is a plus.



Other Details:



  • Pay type - Hourly
  • Pay range - $23.32 to $27.45 depending on experience
