The Role: As the Employer Branding Manager, you will form part of the internal communications and employer branding team, and you will lead the development and execution of Bally's external employer branding strategy, positioning the company as an employer of choice across our global locations. This role is pivotal in managing Bally's candidate-facing channels, including social media platforms and careers websites, ensuring they reflect our culture and promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, the People team, and creative teams. Responsibilities:
