JOB SUMMARY: This unique dual-role is vital to our operations, blending the coordination of exceptional guest experiences at a private ranch and human resources expertise for our manufacturing facility. The individual will be responsible for all the human resource functions for a manufacturing facility of 50 + employees as well as managing guest houses for sales meetings, customers, guided hunting experiences, and other visits as requested. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR functions while delivering first-class hospitality for our valued guests. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Hospitality Coordinator (50%)
