In addition to its Greenville, NC campuses, ECU has an Outer Banks campus focused on integrated coastal studies, provides dental care through eight community service-learning centers, and is a recognized leader in comprehensive internationalization, including a year-round study abroad program at our campus in Tuscany, Italy. ECU's athletics programs compete in NCAA Division 1.
The Division of Academic Affairs is led by the Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. The Division strives to strengthen ECU's culture of academic excellence through innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Academic Affairs includes the Colleges of Allied Health Sciences, Business, Education, Engineering and Technology, Fine Arts and Communication, Health and Human Performance, Nursing, the Thomas Harriot College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Dental Medicine, Honors College, and Graduate School, and the academic faculty and academic programs of the Brody School of Medicine.
