Software Success Specialist, Tax Provision

You will provide product support for INDG tax provision software solutions. You possess SME-level ASC740 knowledge, as well as a comprehensive understanding of customer use cases. You deliver tax technical support and trainings on the software functionality.
  • Answer and resolve front line and second line requests for assistance from end users via phone call, email, live chat, or virtual meeting.
  • Log and track customer issues using a CRM, and maintain historical records and relevant problem solving documentation.
  • Provide verbal and/or written responses to technical, domain, tax, law, accounting and/or product functionality questions.
  • Identify, triage, and document software defects; discover and deliver suitable workarounds.
  • Prepare and deliver technical trainings and demonstrations, to audiences of all sizes ranging from one to department size.
  • Present market feedback and enhancement requests to Sales and Product teams across Bloomberg Industry Group as requested by customers.
  • Perform software testing to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Effectively collaborate with Professional Services team to transition customers from implementation phase to long-term support.
  • Participate in company meetings, special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
