With a focus on collaboration and relationship-building, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, participate in conferences and trade shows, and support sales teams in developing quotes and customer solutions. How You'll Make an Impact

• Support and guide customers with digital solutions, such as online monitoring, communications, sensors.
• Provide technical advice to customers.
• Engage other technical specialists to support customer needs as required.
• Develop commercial/technical presentations and trainings.
• Engage in day-to-day operational activities to ensure effective delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Support sales teams in opportunity discussions, cost construction, and proposal development.
• Review and discuss technical drawings to ensure clarity and alignment on project needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across various levels.

Your Background

• A bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, preferably electrical, computer science, or IT-related.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver both technical and sales content.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, with a solid understanding of engineering concepts.
• Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States

Differentiators:

• Experience in electrical substations.
• Technical background in digital solutions, not necessarily related to High Voltage substations (i.e.. drivers, PLCs, electrical systems).
• Deep knowledge in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Experience as a product specialist.
• Experience with Protection/Control relays, IEDs, equipment monitoring, electrical instrumentation, supervisory systems,process instrumentation, process automation, communication protocols and similar.
• Priority is given to those willing to relocate, but remote work would be considered based on experience.
