Join us as a Lifecycle Sales Account Manager in Holland, MI as we work together to bring innovative automation solutions to life.

Location Type: This is an onsite position in Holland, MI.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and foster opportunities with customers.
  • Present Lifecycle Management capabilities.
  • Develop relationships with Project Sales team members.
  • Close orders to meet or exceed annual goals.
  • Maintain and submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, expenses, as well as minor estimating and proposal activity.
  • Assist Applications Engineers as needed in developing solutions to the customer's needs.
  • Continually contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other sources.
  • Support all aspects of sales and marketing for the territory, including market research, industry trends, geographic market understanding, competitive landscape, and niche opportunity identification.
  • Support lead generation activities.
  • Value proposition development and communication
  • Support marketing efforts, including trade show participation, marketing collateral, and trade associations involvement.
  • Align product offerings with market needs, including standard product design and identifying unique IP opportunities.
  • Goal setting and alignment of activity to support goals.
  • Maintain and submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, and expenses.
  • Assist project implementation, legal, and finance teams, as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 years of prior industrial experience.
  • A winning and creative approach to work when identifying customer solutions.
  • History of maintaining and submitting appropriate records for forecasting, quote status, and expenses.
  • Proven ability to continually contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other sources.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (primarily day travel). The remainder of the time is home-based.
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of direct experience with robotics, preferably within the industrial automation or comparable industry.
