RN - Employee Health - Days

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks
• Location: Elmhurst Hospital (may need to float to Naperville location as needed)
• Full-time | 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm, with possible weekend on-call rotation a few times per year

What you will do:

• Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assessing patients' condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients' progress, and records pertinent observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals for Occupational Health Department.

What you will need:

• Education: Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, preferred.
• Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years Employee or Occupational Health, Emergency, Immediate Care, Med-Surg or inpatient experience, required. Phlebotomy experience, preferred.
