About this Position: This position coordinates total maintenance operations consisting of managing Equipment Service Technicians, Equipment Service Staff/Team Leaders. Responsible for managing, developing, and improving preventative maintenance reliability programs.This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Equipment Service Technicians, focusing on the maintenance and reliability of CNC, robot, and automation systems. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of preventative maintenance strategies, troubleshooting automation systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multi-shift teams, with a strong foundation in CNC and robot automation repair, as well as a background in managing maintenance programs in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
