The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Manager for the Information Technology and Management ( ITM) department within the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM).

Essential Duties

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of four years of experience in program/project development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Master's degree with a concentration in Information Technology and Management or Higher Education.
  • Prior experience in Higher Education is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Graduate Program Director to manage various aspects of the ITM program.
  • Assist with student management and recruitment efforts.
  • Work with faculty and campus administration to support the degree program.
  • Manage business relations for ITM internships and full-time job placements.
  • Managing the student workers for the IS Excel Lab. Includes posting job in Handshake, reviewing resumes, approving timesheets.
  • Ordering supplies and promotional items, submitting reimbursements and reconciling accounts
  • Collect, manage, and summarize data related to internships and job placements.
  • Collect and compile resume book for active students and alumni
  • Support recruiting and placement efforts in collaboration with the JSOM Career Management Center (CMC).
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus partners, including Admissions, Academic Advising, Career Center, and Undergraduate Programs.
  • Generate reports such as enrollment, Dean's, internship, and job placement reports.
  • Assist with departmental processes including syllabi review, faculty mentor assignments, and assessment data collection.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment activities, ad campaigns, web and search engine campaigns, student testimonials, and scholarship management.
  • Prepare and manage email campaigns for prospective students.
  • Plan, organize and attend events for current and prospective students, including orientations, mixers and info sessions.
  • Create marketing materials and flyers for various events.
  • Assist with updating and managing website content.
  • Manage social media updates across platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Provide guidance and support for student internships and placements.
  • Grade internship assignments and manage eLearning courses.
  • Create and analyze surveys for data collection from current students.
  • Track engagement and input data for I&E reports.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students regarding the program, transfer requirements, and scholarships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Remote Work Notice
A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employees must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
