Overview

Database Coordinators coordinate the development, utilization, and maintenance of data and facilitate the efficient operation, and usage of the database(s). Database Coordinators utilize multiple interrelated systems to perform fundamental responsibilities at an advanced level. Database Coordinators prepare and manage appointments, schedules, and calendars for staff in support of related programs and processes. Database Coordinators provide administrative support to and assist with special projects as assigned by applicable department Directors.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the development, utilization, and maintenance of data and facilitates the efficient operation, and usage of the database(s).

Conducts data analysis as requested and incorporates information into departmental and hospital level reports.

Utilizes multiple, interrelated systems to complete requests and assignments.

Prepares and manages events, appointments, schedules, and calendars for assigned department(s) in support of related programs and processes.



Qualifications

    Associates Degree
    • 3-5 years of experience
      • Experience with handling data including development of systems to track, maintain and analyze quantitative information. Experience with organizing projects and supporting others in project and departmental administrative functions.
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent may be accepted in lieu of an associate's degree
    • 5-7 years of experience

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $22.78/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.



Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
