Your Role on the Team Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Computing Support, the Technology Support Specialist will work as part of a small and flexible team supporting computing and A/V systems for faculty, staff and students affiliated with the Paul Merage School of Business during day, evening and weekend shifts. While staffing the Merage Technology Support Center (herein, "Merage Tech"), the Technology Support Specialist will provide in-person, e-mail, and telephone technical support to supported users. The Technology Support Specialist will also assist Merage faculty, staff and students using desktop and portable computing devices at on-site and off-site locations; assist faculty and students in Merage "smart classrooms" providing assistance and troubleshooting errors with the computing and audio/visual equipment; and support hardware and software for desktop and laptop computers running the latest releases of Microsoft Windows and Macintosh operating systems, the MS Office productivity suite, and campus-specific software titles. This is a part-time, short-term Limited position that is fully onsite.
