Senior Sourcing Analyst Category: Marketing & Communications Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-380176 Senior Sourcing Analyst is needed for a contract opportunity with our Entertainment client. Job Details Duration: Leave Coverage- Estimate end date 3/31/2025 Location: 3x a week onsite in Culver City, CA Pay rate: $34.87-$58.89 hourly rate Schedule: Full time hours Responsibilities Sourcing Support: Assist the Marketing Sourcing team with identifying, evaluating, and executing sourcing projects to align with the team's strategies and objectives. Data and Financial Analysis: Perform spend analysis, financial modeling, and baseline development to inform sourcing decisions and supplier evaluations. Contract Management: Aid in contract drafting, negotiations, and ongoing supplier relationship management. Presentation Development: Create polished executive-level presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership. Category Insights: Contribute to short- and long-term category strategies by analyzing market trends, supplier capabilities, and identifying improvement opportunities. Diversity and Sustainability Initiatives: Support Sony Pictures' supplier diversity and environmental purchasing efforts. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Consulting, or a related Marketing function. Familiarity with Marketing categories such as Media, Creative, or Market Research is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in financial and data analysis, with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively with creative professionals while applying structured and analytical approaches. Self-motivated with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Estimated Min Rate: $34.87 Estimated Max Rate: $58.89 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
