This role involves managing financial accounts, filing taxes, and collaborating with advisors and legal teams to provide comprehensive financial, wealth, tax, and retirement planning services to individual, family, and small business clients throughout New Jersey. The firm also offers full-service accounting to its clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial accounts and file taxes for clients. Collaborate with financial advisors and estate attorneys to plan, guide, and invest year over year. Provide a range of accounting services typical of a CPA. Report directly to the CEO and participate in some firm accounting projects. Requirements: CPA with 3-5+ years of experience. Background in CPA firms or small to mid-sized financial firms. Experience in financial accounting, tax reporting/planning, and filing for clients. What You Won't Do: Payroll, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) for the firm. Interview Process: 3-step interview process, organized and straightforward.
