Senior Level II End User Support Team Lead Category: Infrastructure Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-380157 Job Title: Senior End User Support Team Lead Location: Cincinnati, OH (on site mon - fri) 6-12 month + contract to perm Rate: 40/hr - 55/hr Local W2 candidates only Team Lead Skillset: This role will lead a team of Tier 2 Desktop technicians who will serve as the Service Desk for the client. The person in this role may assume greater leadership responsibilities beyond the Service Desk team. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of End User Support experience and 5+ years as a Team Lead. Must have experience leading at least 5 Level II Support Professionals as the Team Lead. Candidate must have Jira Service Desk experience. Responsibilities include: Ticket analysis experience. Experience/ability to use tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, etc to extract meaningful insights from the data. Process improvement. Experience/ability to identify process shortfalls, evaluate options, and implement changes to improve process People Management. Experience with evaluating talent, mentorship, and leading a team of tier 2 technicians. Experience in building a team is a plus. Experience in meeting / exceeding SLA targets Customer relationship skills. Ability to interact with client leadership as partners Personal drive to progress into a greater leadership role Experience working in an ITSM environment Technical skills in all things Microsoft and experience in supporting corporate in house applications JIRA Service Desk experience Estimated Min Rate: $28.00 Estimated Max Rate: $40.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
