The Enterprise Product and Experience (EPX) HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions. The Enterprise Product and Experience team at Capital One represents product management teams working across critical Capital One Enterprise Platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing strategic consulting to client groups and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader organization

  • Collaborate with clients, HRBPs, and HR Partner groups (people analytics, recruiting, compensation, tech talent, AR, diversity & inclusion) to effectively execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting

  • Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)

  • Support senior leaders on key areas such as talent strategy, creating a culture of belonging, and associate engagement

  • Coach people managers on situations including general leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns. Act as a acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage collaboration, and high performance

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience

  • At least 6 years of client facing experience OR at least 6 years of consulting experience OR a combination

  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Masters degree

  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification

  • 8+ years of client facing experience or 8+ years of consulting experience or a combination

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
