Description MaineHealth Corporate The Executive Assistant I role works under the direction of one or more Senior Executive leaders and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support essential to the mission of the organization and the day-to-day operation of an executive office. Key to the role is the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, consultants, contractors and the general public. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Five years of experience in an administrative support role required. Two years of executive level support preferred 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 5.
