Starting pay is $20.60/hour (plus shift differential, if applicable).
Year 2 = $23.54 Year 3 = $25.01 Year 4 = $29.43 First year: $70K+ with overtime. Wage progression over 3 years to a max of $29.00+/hr. With overtime up to $85K+ / year Excellent wages, benefits and product discounts. REPORTS TO: Area Leader/Team Leader SUMMARY: Work in a variety of areas, operating high-speed manufacturing production equipment in processing and packaging to produce Milk-Bone product for the company. QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High-school degree or equivalent is required. Associate degree preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, GMP's and general instructions. Good communication skills are required. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out both oral and written instructions.
